3 Step Oak Fireplace Surround

"We ordered the 3 step fire surround with marble effect insert and it arrived promtly with in two weeks. It is absolutly beautiful and completes our room. It was easy to fit although we did get a bit confused about fitting the marble effect insert. we phoned Mick and talked to Mark who was very helpful and talked us through it. Also didnt have to pay until it was delivered and we was happy with it. I cant think of a better service from any one else."

"The ordering process was quick and the estimated delivery spot on. I received a call to say the delivery would be between 9 and 10, the doorbell rang at 8.55! I have now fitted the Fireplace and Hearth, it look better in reality than on the website, everybody who has seen it is amazed at how good it looks. Great value for a well made solid product."

The company could not have been more helpful in providing all the information we needed prior to placing the order and, once ordered, keeping us up to date with progress. All staff were very prompt in responding to emails/phone calls. The ordering and payment processes were very simple and efficient. The fire surround etc. was finished on time and delivered within the one hour time slot we had agreed by a very pleasant driver. I fitted the surround myself and this was made so easy by the driver's helpful advice. All the products are of an excellent quality and we are delighted with them - far superior (and less expensive) than some of the alternatives we had seen in DIY stores.
