"I am writing this review simply because "oakfiresurrounds.com" is without doubt the best company that i have ever dealt with. Having made my order over the telephone with Danny, i was treated like i was the only person ever to buy a fire surround . He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even sent an mms message to our phone showing what our bespoke surround would look like. The fire surround turned up by a very friendly and polite driver who put the surround on the Hearth and it looked fantastic...Once the driver left i noticed that i had measured the width wrong so called Mick to explain what happened...He informed me that this occasionaly happened and was not a problem and someone would be down on the next delivery to pick it UP and replace it with a new one which he did at the arranged time..We were very happy with the new surround, it looked stunning even before we painted it. I now have a fantastic looking fireplace and the pleasure of knowing there is a company and workforce the genuinely are going that extra mile for their customers and i would only recommend this company for any fireplace/surrounds . Bigger companies should take a look at this company to see how they should really treat their customers...... Truly inspiring and Thank you Mick, Danny and everyone at Designer fireplaces...
