As there is nothing to pay untill your items are delivered ordering is easy, just email or phone me with the items you want, your name, a delivery address and contact number. I will then confirm your order. I will then contact you when your order is ready to arrange a date and time for delivery.

Based in the Midlands I provide delivery to most parts of mainland UK by my own dedicated drivers and vans. As my products are made to order please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery at a cost of £35. Scotland is up to 4 weeks at a cost of £50

Excellent Service & Product

"I ordered by fire surround on line and quoted the measurements - I received a prompt reply advising when to expect delivery and that I only paid in full on delivery (which was most surprising). Two days prior to the delivery date I received a call to say when the fireplace surround was going to be delivered. The delivery was made within 30 minutes of the time specified and I was more than impressed with the finish of the surround, which fitted perfectly and the overall appearance certainly enhances my living room. I fully recommend Designer Fireplaces to anyone who wishes a complete service from start to finish."

Oak Fireplace

"We had an excellent service. I was impressed that there was a "Skype" link which not only meant that I could see who I was talking to (extra confidence that I was not just dealing with a website) but also able to show what I was trying to replace. There was a minor error with the rebate size but this was corrected virtually by return delivery. It makes such a change to purchase something without having to pay a deposit. I can highly recommend Designer Fireplaces."
