All of our Oak Mantel Shelves are manufactured in our own UK workshop and come in a variety of Shapes styles, sizes and can be matched with our range of oak fire surrounds.

Our craftsmen have applied their skills to manufacture a series of brand new products, our rustic oak beam range. Our rustic oak beams come in various shapes, styles and like our oak fire surrounds can all be made to your custom sizes.

Our range of rustic oak mantel shelves are crafted from unseasoned oak and remain one of our most natural products. Our Rustic oak beams are perfect for a home looking to add a natural element to their fireplace or feature wall. And come complete with splits, knots and all of the character you would expect from a product naturally weathered over a number of years. As our unseasoned oak contains, high moisture content its character will become more and more defined. The splits on your rustic oak beam will open and expand as your beam naturally dries in your home adding to it the unique effect that your beam is sure to deliver. Many of our rustic beams are enhanced by additional corbels that feature on many of our rustic oak designs. The corbels on your rustic oak beam are also manufactured from unseasoned oak and add to a unique, natural style. We manufacture a range of other products that will compliment your rustic oak beam beautifully. Our coffee tables and rustic oak mantel mirrors all use the same type of unseasoned oak, allowing you to match your products easily whilst maintaining each of their individual values.

Each of our oak mantel shelves cater to individual customer preferences. Our kiln dried oak mantel shelves unlike our unseasoned oak have little to no moisture content and will not move and change as dramatically as unseasoned oak. Our kiln dried oak offers its own unique type of character, there are reduced amount of splits and few less knots. The detail on our kiln dried oak can be found within the grain of the timber, every distinctive mark has been made by a process of natural weathering and provides us with a unique spectacle of beauty. We use kiln dried oak to craft our oak fire surrounds and a range of oak mantel mirrors, both of which are sure to compliment your new kiln dried oak shelf beautifully.

The most recent addition to our oak mantel shelf collection is the waney oak beam. A touch of real antique character our waney oak beams are crafted from the same unseasoned oak that make up our rustic oak beams. The appearance of each waney oak beam is hand crafted by one of our skilled craftsmen. Scallops are taken from sections of the beam to give a rough, aged appearance that suits any open fireplace or kitchen stove. Our waney oak beams can be again made to your specific bespoke sizes.

Our collections of oak mantel shelves have been manufactured entirely from natural solid oak and can be personalised to your specific tastes and requirements. As your product will be hand made in our own UK workshop, we can adjust the measurements and finish of each beam. If there is a particular colour that you wish to achieve or you require your beam to meet a specific measurement specifications let us know we will adjust the original design to ensure that we deliver you a quality product that is sure to please for years to come.
