We assure you that all of our rustic oak fire surrounds and fireplaces are hand made in our own British workshops. As there is nothing to pay untill your items are delivered ordering is easy, just email or phone me with the items you want, your name, a delivery address and contact number. I will then confirm your order. I will then contact you when your order is ready to arrange a date and time for delivery.

Based in the Midlands I provide delivery to most parts of mainland UK by my own dedicated drivers and vans. As my products are made to order please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery at a cost of £35. Scotland is up to 4 weeks at a cost of £50

We ordered a bespoke measurement nod thought this might take some time, but no we ordered it on a Tuesday and it was delivered that Sunday, what a service. The delivery guy was brilliant. Excellent Service

"We ordered our rustic oak surround and marble hearth before Christmas 2012 and delivery was arranged within 10 days. I was really pleased with the surround it was perfect to go with our other oak furniture. I had a problem with our hearth as I put the wood onto it whilst it was wet and it left a mark. Mick was brilliant and arranged for a new hearth to be delivered straight away. Excellent product and excellent service."

"We found the website very easy to use and informative, luckily a standard size was perfect for our fire place but the bespoke sizes is a reasurring benefit. We were told delivery would be 4 weeks, however we received our order in 1 week. Fire place looks great, great service and would recommend to anyone."

"Recently purchased oak fire surround as retro fit to existing situation. Fantastic service, supplied to custom dimensions and was perfect fit. Telephone calls answered without delay and product produced well within stated time scale. Delivery time given and bang on time so no hanging about awaiting delivery. Paid on delivery by cheque so no problem with buying on-line. Would I buy from this company again...without doubt."
