Our Capped Corbel Solid Oak Fire Surround is manufactured to two standard sizes in our Birmingham workshop. We can also manufacture any of our oak fire surrounds to your specific dimensions if required. Below is an ABC diagram to show the standard sizes we offer.

Updating Your Fire Surround While Keeping Your Current Back Panel and Hearth –
To ensure a seamless installation, please provide the rebate size. The rebate refers to the gap between the wall and the front of any attached marble or back panel. Feel free to contact a team member if you’re uncertain or if your current fire surround is still in place. We’ll guide you on how to determine the rebate size accurately.
Order & Delivery Information
At Designer Fireplaces, we’ve streamlined the process of ordering your new fireplace beam to be as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
Start your journey by contacting us with your order details. Whether via phone or email or through our easy and secure online store. You will then receive an Order Confirmation.
Delivery Arrangements: We’ll work with you to arrange a good time for delivery; we use our own delivery drivers and vehicles to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process which minimises the chance of damages. We aim to deliver your chosen beam to a room of your choice within 2-3 weeks in England and Wales, and up to 4 weeks in Scotland.
No Upfront Payments or Deposits: We believe in your right to inspect and approve your oak beam before making any payments. Therefore, you have the option for payment to be made upon delivery (for standard sizes only) if you prefer and we accept various payment options for your convenience.
